When and where do we meet?

The P&C Association meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7.30pm during school terms in the School Administration Building (Staffroom). The meetings are open to all parents of the school and interested citizens local to the area.

You can attend the meetings as an observer for free or become a paid member for a nominal amount of $0.50 per annum.  Membership is due for renewal at each AGM. Paid membership gives you the right to vote on matters raised and provides you with access to the minutes of the meetings even if you cannot be present.

To join, simply complete the form below and return it in an envelope with your $0.50 membership fee to the office or if you can attend a meeting, bring your membership fee and we will have a form available for you to fill out at the next meeting.

How do I get involved?

You can participate in the P&C as much or as little as your time and interest permits. If you have time and a little commitment or a specific skill you can offer, then you may want to consider a position on the executive or on one of the sub-committees when positions become available. If you don't have a lot of time you can help out by becoming involved as a volunteer for one of the many fundraising events.  Any help or input is greatly appreciated.

To be able to volunteer with the P&C group, and away from staff supervision you will need to complete an Appendix 11 form, including a Working with Childrens Check.
